The Internet is Not Enough - Suggested Readings for Serious Coaches

My career has been a combination of gracious mentors, hard work and READING! So the craziest thing I could do as a veteran athlete and fitness professional is give away my reading list.

The craziest thing I could do as a veteran athlete and fitness professional is give away my reading list.

Listed below you will get a list of books that contain the CHEAT CODES and programming frameworks that I’ve built 1000s of programs with.

And as I see the fitness industry experiencing its first major economic DOWNTURN in my lifetime, I am here to say that those of you (we) athletes and coaches who develop more skills and knowledge around our craft during this time will survive the attrition that has been brought on by a pandemic, world wide shutdowns and politicians deciding that HEALTH AND WELLNESS is not “essential.”

One way you can demonstrate your value as a trainer to your clients beyond teaching them new exercises is by safely scaling up their fitness with programming that takes bioenergetics into account. Reading some (or all) of these books will assist in you creating your own unique thought process.

Good Luck
